Pet Policy

Pets are permitted in or about the Property only following Owner's signature on a Pet Addendum for the specific pet, which requires payment of a registration fee and pet rent as provided in the Pet Addendum; all other pets are prohibited anywhere at the Property. Certain animals and breeds are prohibited; Owner reserves the right to decline permission for any pet it deems may be unsafe or unsanitary and to have removed any unattended or dangerous animal. Every dog must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of the Resident's Unit. Additional restrictions on the number, keeping and treatment of pets are provided in the Community Policies and Pet Addendum. The residents of any Unit in which an animal is kept are jointly and severally responsible for the actions of the animal, including any damage caused by the animal, and for prompt clean-up of all waste from the animal.
